In so many ways, we’re like the bears who hibernate all winter and then shake off the cobwebs while preparing for summer. They don’t worry about their beach-bodies, of course, and neither should you. Looking good is really about feeling good.
With that in mind, here are a few ways you can prepare yourself to make the most of the coming months. Always drink water to stay hydrated, especially if you are exerting yourself. (We wouldn’t be the Granger-Hunter Improvement District if we didn’t remind you!)

Speaking of water–we can’t say this enough–make sure everyone drinks plenty of it. Hanging out in the swimming pool is not the same as staying hydrated. If you take a vigorous swim, it actually depletes your internal water supply. Drink up and enjoy your summer.
