For starters, we wouldn’t exist. Sixty percent of the human body is made up of water, which doesn’t leave much to carry on without it. And if water disappeared, you couldn’t just head to the fridge for a drink of milk, either. Consider:

If you’re feeling inspired to take action to reduce water consumption at home, you can take your family for a visit to the local water-treatment plant to see all that goes into meeting your household needs.
